Watch Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 live on Fine Dining Lovers

Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, is returning for its first in-person ceremony since 2019. It will be held in Singapore at the Resorts World Sentosa on Tuesday 28 March, and you can watch the unveiling live, right here on Fine Dining Lovers.

The world will be watching to see if the current holder of best restaurant in Asia, chef Zaiyu Hasegawa’s Den restaurant in Tokyo, will be toppled. As usual, a prelude of special individual awards have already been handed out as well as the 100-51 extended ranking revealed.
