All Things Butter is a series of TikToks dedicated to butter and all its delicious iterations. From burnt butter and honeycomb butter, to bacon butter and everything in between.

The viral TikTok account is run by chef and cookbook author Thomas Straker, and explores the different ways you can enhance ordinary butter and make it into something extraordinary. Straker, a chef based in London, is in the process of opening his own restaurant, Straker’s, and it already has a huge following.

There are an infinite amount of ways to transform butter into something incredible, and Straker seems to be onto a winning theme. Here’s a compilation of his butters so far, starting with crispy chicken skin butter, miso butter, burnt butter, crispy bacon butter, and homemade salted butter from cream.
