Four Days of Food and Wine in Cancun

Get set as the second addition of the Cancun-Riviera Maya Wine and Food Festival .

Starting March 14th to March 17th, the festival will see some of the world's best chefs travel to the beautiful location of Cancun for four days of culinary events.

This year the Italian chef Massimo Bottura and the Mexican star Enrique Olvera will both be honored at special tribute dinners with food cooked by five chefs of their choosing.

On top of stars like Bottura and Olvera there will be around 25 top chefs from around the world to take part is discussions, cooking demonstrations and culinary conferences. But it's not all food as wine is also at the forefront of the show, top sommeliers will be around throughout the festival to offer tips on wine tasting and to make sure that pairings throughout the festival work in perfect harmony.

This year the festival, which is sponsored among others by Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino, will also look to add music to the mix with music created to heighten the senses as people try some of the amazing food on offer.
