Hot off the announcement of the Alinea pop-up in Madrid, Grant Achatz has followed through on his original plans and announced that Alinea will go straight to Miami for a month long pop-up at the Faena Hotel.
The pop-up will open on February 17th till March 13th with an 18-course tasting menu that promises to comprise of some Alinea classics plus inspirations from Miami and Argentina.
Speaking about the pop-up Achatz said: “We are not merely bringing Alinea to Miami. We are evolving Alinea and our team. Alinea: Miami will be it's own unique experience, never to be repeated. ”
The dinner will cost between $275-$385 with three different wine pairings on offer. Gold comes in at $495, a reserve wine pairing at $275 and standard wine pairing at $150.
This is yet another exciting announcement from Achatz and his team who will surely be full of ideas and energy when they return to Chicago for what will be an all new Alinea.
