Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna returns on 24 October and this year the ceremony will take place in Bogotá. But don’t worry if you can’t make it to Colombia – you can live-stream the ceremony in its entirety on Fine Dining Lovers here.
The unveiling of the list, which last year was topped by Virgilio Martinez and Pia León's Central restaurant in Lima, Peru, is one of the highlights of the region’s culinary calendar and will bring together chefs from all over Central and South America.
