A few days ago the Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants ceremony, an event sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, crowned Virgilio Martinez's Central as the best restaurant in Latin America for the third year in a row.

The 2016 edition was once again hosted in Mexico City, and we've decided to take a look at inspirational dishes made by the top 10 chefs, with a selection of amazing food pictures.
