René Redzepi's Noma is back with a new menu heralding the return of some old favourites, including its famous flowerpot dessert.
Re-opening for business as normal on 9 July, after a brief stint flipping burgers, Noma 2.0 has decided to shelve its usual summer menu. Instead it will offer a new 'old' menu celebrating its best dishes of the past two years, including the return of the iconic flowerpot dessert.
The rose scented ‘soil’ with lots of fresh herbs (pictured below) first appeared during the vegetable season of 2018 (Noma 2.0 usually has three distinct menus following the seasons: seafood, vegetable and the forest).
Other past iconic Noma trompe d'oeil dishes have included duck feet made of toffee, celeriac shawarma and saffron cardamom caramels doubling up as starfish.
Stay tuned for more details of the new menu in full.
