Save The Date: 2015 Paris International Agricultural Show

Whether it's getting up close and personal with farm animals or tasting local French delicacies, the 2015 Paris International Agriculture Show is an event not to be missed.

Taking place from February 21st to March 1st, the agricultural fair will display more than 1,050 exhibitors and many appointments.

The Paris International Agricultural Show is divided into four sections:

• Culinary Products
• Livestock Breeding Sectors
• Crops and plants
• Agricultural Services and Professions

Highlights of the two-week fair include meeting Filouse, the Red Flamande cow (a special breed from Northern France) that is the muse of the show. There's also an annual General Agriculture Competition that awards the finest animal breeds in five categories.

To make things easier to navigate, the organizers have put together different ''trails'' visitors can follow. Our favorites include the Bar and Wine Cellar trail, another for Regional Products and an ''express'' trail for visitors short on time.
