Four hands dinner: Vicky Lau and Manu Buffara
Manu Buffara (Restaurante Manu, Brazil) is second up to cook with resident Chef Vicky Lau at the Tate Dining Room in Hong Kong in a series of guest chef dinners with some of the world's leading female chefs. Book a spot for one of these unique dinners!
TATE Dining Room has announced a trio of exclusive chef collaborations with chef/patron Vicky Lau in the new year with an all-female cast.
Ana Ros was first up to cook in January, and come March it's the turn of Manu Buffara from Restaurante Manu in two exclusive dinners on 18 and 19 March.
Brazilian chef Manu was named Latin America's One to Watch in 2018 so these two evenings will be a great opportunity to find out how she put her hometown on the culinary map as she shares the kitchen with talented Vicky Lau in the kitchen.
Michelin starred TATE Dining Room’s all-female chefs’ residence program launches in tandem with The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ “50-50” initiative to support gender parity in the restaurant industry. 50 Best has pledged to contribute towards fostering a "more inclusive environment in which expert female voices can thrive."
