Located at the luxurious Conrad Maldives Rangali Island Resort, Ithaa is set 16 feet under sea level. The striking design allows you to enjoy marine life and coral reef as you sip champagne and dine on their seasonal contemporary European menu. Its a stunning concept that will captive your senses.
The restaurant was designed by MJ Murphy Ltd, a New Zealand design consultancy firm. It was built in its entirety and then lowered under the sea. Ithaa is open for lunch and dinner, prices begin at $120 and $250, respectively. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
