Ahead of the announcement of their annual Hot 10 list of the Best New Restaurants in America, Bon Appétit magazine have announced their shortlist for 2015.
50 restaurants make the final cut with a number of well known openings making the shortlist.
Cosme (pictured above), the new Momofuku KO and the newly opened Mission Chinese - all in New York - made the final 50. In fact, six places in New York made the final cut, matched only by San Francisco, also with six.
It was Rose’s Luxury in Washington D.C that topped the list in 2014, winners of the Hot 10 award for 2015 will be announced August 18th.
