50 Best Masterclass: Kyle Connaughton from SingleThread Showcases Japanese Techniques

The summit kicked off with Food Meets Hope by S.Pellegrino, a series of talks with top chefs and culinary professionals, aimed at addressing the challenges facing the restaurant industry, under the key themes of recovery, inclusivity and evolution.

Now you can learn to cook like a pro with the first masterclass host: two-Michelin-starred chef Kyle Connaughton from SingleThread farm-restaurant in Healdsburg, California.

For this 50 Best Masterclass, Connaughton walks you through how to cook two authentic Japanese dishes at home, in a really approachable and accessible way:

Connaughton works alongside his wife Katina at their Californian restaurant, sourcing the majority of their produce from its five-acre farm, where even the agricultural techniques have Japanese influences.
