To celebrate The World’s 50 Best Restaurants coming to Las Vegas in June, S.Pellegrino® and Acqua Panna® are hosting a special casino-themed dinner bringing seven of America’s best chefs to the table to create a one-of-a-kind seven-course dinner.
The 777 High Stakes Gastronomy Dinner, which kicks off at 7pm on June 4 at Don’s Prime. Fontainebleau, Las Vegas, will be priced at $700 (plus tax and fees) and will see chefs Aisha Ibrahim (Canlis Restaurant and S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2024-25 local judge), Charlie Mitchell (Clover Hill), Chintan Pandya (Adda, Dhamaka, Masalawala & Sons, Naks, Rowdy Rooster and Semma by Unapologetic Foods), Emma Bengtsson (Aquavit), Eunji Lee (Lysée), SPYCA Competition 2022-23 Grand Finalist Daniel Garwood (Acru), and the Competition’s 2016 winner Mitchell Lienhard (One Madison) cook together for the first time.
The spirit of Vegas will run through every dish, from edible dice to red on black snacks to diamond desserts, with a drink pairing by Don Prime’s beverage team included in the ticket. What’s more, restaurateur Brian Canlis will be on hand—with a sprinkling of unreasonable hospitality by front of house legend, Will Guidara, to ensure the hospitality is as unforgettable as the food.
Book via Resy for what is sure to be one of the most exciting tickets in town during The World’s 50 Best Restaurants celebrations.
