Known for revolutionizing cuisine across the United States, Alice Waters has been busy in and out of the kitchen since she opened Chez Panisse in Berkeley back in 1971.
A pioner in local and organic foods, Waters has had an extraordinary career in which she has been an activist, author, teacher and leader. Her many accolades include being the first woman to be named Best Chef in America by the James Beard Foundation.
Knowing what an expansive career the chef has had, we were excited when we stumbled across these little-known videos of Waters, which have been flying under the radar since last fall.
