Last month, the Culinary Institue of America unveiled their Bocuse Restaurant to a stellar crowd which included Jerome Bocuse, Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Jean-George Vongerichten.
During their visit, the chefs joined the legendary Paul Bocuse in a panel discussion about the future of French cuisine. The videos have just been made public and they are a delight to watch.
Keller talks about the impact of Bocuse in his own career, calling him ''someone who exemplefies all we want to be as cooks.''
