The Mad Symposium organized by Rene Redzepi and attended by some of the world's best chefs will be back again this year with another stella line up that's just been announced. This year's symposium will be guest curated by David Chang and the confirmed speakers so far are exciting.
Alex Atala from Brazil, Dario Cecchini the master butcher from Italy, Christian Puglisi from Denmark and Margot Henderson from the UK are just a few of those who will present talks during the two day event.
The Mad team also announced dates for ticket sales with the first batch going on sale on March 11th. They have also warned of high demand and say they expect tickets to sell out fast.
Tickets cost $450 for entrance to the event including breakfast, lunch, coffee and water both days; as well as entry to the afterparty dinner.
