The San Francisco Michelin guide for 2013 is released today and Michelin representatives spent yesterday calling all those establishments who have earned stars.
The starred restaurants remain very similar to those listed in 2012 with no new three stars joining the French Laundry or Restaurant at Meadowwood at the top of the chain.
Dominique Crenn, the chef at the Atelier Crenn restaurant picked up his second star bringing the bay's two star offerings up to six in total.
Three new restaurants made the one star list with SPQR, Keiko à Nob Hill, and All Spice all awarded for their 'very good cuisine'.
Seven stars were dropped in total across San Francisco. The guide goes on sale today and also includes an extensive collection of Bib Gourmand restaurants and other noted eateries around the area.
