Vote for your favourite young chef for the Food for Thought Award

We want you! It's your time to vote and help us elect the winner of the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award, a collateral prize of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2022-23.

From today until 31 May 2023, you will have the opportunity to choose your favourite young chef among the 15 competing regional finalists selected during the Regional Finals that took place around the world.

S.Pellegrino and Fine Dining Lovers are constantly looking for new talent to give them the visibility they deserve, but your contribution is also needed.

With your vote you will help us select the winner of the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award 2022-23 which will then be celebrated during the Grand Finale of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition scheduled for 4 and 5 October in Milan.

The 15 finalists, previously selected during their respective Regional Finals via online voting, were chosen for best representing their personal philosophies with their signature dishes. From family memories to local products through to sustainability, the young talents shared their points of view through 15 incredible dishes.

Voting will be open from 3 April to midnight on 31 May. By clicking on the link above you will be able to discover how each finalist described their dish and then vote for the one you consider the most coherent.
