Mauro Colagreco to Open Fiamma in Singapore

This is the second collaboration between Colagreco and the Capella brand: Côte by Mauro Colagreco was launched at Capella Bangkok in 2020, and is his second restaurant in Singapore after CARNE, a smart-casual burger chain, which opened in February 2021.
