Enrol for MAD Academy’s Environment and Sustainability Program 2022

Hospitality professionals who want to make a difference to the food system can now sign up for the MAD Academy's 'environment and sustainability' spring program.

The five-day intensive course will take place on three occasions throughout May, and will help to educate forward-thinking hospitality workers about the food system, as well as equipping them with the tools to make better choices within their workplaces and the industry as a whole.

The Copenhagen-based academy, fronted by René Redzepi and directed by Magnus Nilsson, is a great place to learn from industry thought leaders, and offers a number of courses throughout the year, including leadership and business.
