Three-Michelin-star Restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm, owned by chef Björn Frantzén, falls into second spot after two consecutive years at number one while Spain's Etxebarri moves up into third place.
Andreas Caminada's Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland moves into fourth position, having held third place for a couple of years.
The 2021 lists for Europe Classical, Europe Gourmet Casual and Europe Cheap Eats have also been released (see below).
The blog, which was started in 2004 by former music industry executive Steve Plotnicki, has published the Top 100+ lists since 2012. The results are based on the opinions of 6,000 differently weighted voters.
