Mauro Colagreco has announced a new restaurant in a stunning location on the Côte d’Azur.
The chef-owner of Mirazur, current holder of the number spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, announced in an Instagram post a collaboration with the Maybourne Hotel Group on the French Riviera. His new restaurant will sit on the top floor of the new hotel with stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
Situated in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, between Monaco and Menton, where Colagreco has his world-famous Mirazur, the new restaurant has just been announced and interior design and menu details are yet to be finalised.
Argentinian Colagreco is known as the ‘gardner chef’ and cultivates many rare plants and herbs at his restaurant garden in Menton. The new restaurant at the Maybourne Riviera will draw on one of the chef’s other favourite themes – the sea.
