Thanksgiving can be highly stressful and therefore a time when domestic accidents can be more common. Burns, falls, slips and knocks can all lead you to spend your Thanksgiving in A&E. However, when it comes to an undercooked turkey, if your guests are poisoned by your bird, you, as the host and homeowner, may be liable. Your homeowner's general liability insurance should cover you though, but do check your policy.
