The Reverence team in Harlem are doing a complete 'ChefsGiving' Meal kit, which they describe as “a way to bring sanity and enjoyment to those you love this Thanksgiving”. It includes one Local Heritage Turkey to finish cooking with all the “fixins", appetisers, sides, and dessert, complete with video instructions. 9. Parachute, Chicago

A limited amount of Thanksgiving packages are still available for pick up at Parachute, the popular Michelin-starred Korean-American restaurant in Chicago. Think crab meat gratin and parsley and butter Korean rice. Order via Tock.

Three-Michelin-star chef Curtis Duffy is offering a selection of Thanksgiving sides and roasted pork belly on his Ever To Go menu for pick-up.
