New York

Chefs Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli will be mixing it up when they serve Jon & Vinny's marinara braised meatballs, ricotta and garlic bread at Frankies Spuntino.

Los Angeles

Meanwhile on the West coast, don't miss out when chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo serve up Frankies Spuntino's meatballs with pine nuts and raisins at Jon & Vinny’s

October 22–30

New York

For one week only, chef Einat Admony at NYC's modern Israeli restaurant, Balaboosta, will be serving up Crossroad's Impossible Cigars with Yogurt Sauce.

Los Angeles

Meanwhile, over on the West coast, chef Tal Ronnen of Crossroads will be serving up a vegetarian dish with a punch, in Balaboosta's Everyday Cauliflower.

October 29 – November 6

New York

Over on the east coast chef Russell Jackson of Reverence will be serving up Birdie G’s unforgettable 3-Course Bento Box of 'beets charoset', 'noodle kugel' and 'corned duck with sauerkraut'.

Los Angeles

While over on the West coast, chef Jeremy Fox of LA's Birdie G's, billed the "hottest restaurant of the year" by the LA Times, will be serving Reverence's Year 1 Whole Chicken with black walnut-bay leaf sauce.

November 5 – 13

New York

In New York Michelin starred chef David Shim of Cote, the city's first first Korean Steakhouse, will be serving up Kato’s Charsiu American Wagyu with lettuce and herb bundles.

Los Angeles

In parallel, over on the west coast, chef Jonathan Yao of LA's Kato, who was awarded the "Rising Star Chef of the Year (Presented by S.Pellegrino® Sparkling Natural Mineral Water) by the James Beard Foundation will be serving up Cote's Steak & Eggs with a difference.

November 12 -  20

New York

Stefano Secchi of Rezdora in New York City's Flatiron neighborhood will continue their tradition of serving house made pasta with a little help from their friends at Los Angeles' Osteria Mozza, when they'll be cooking up their favourite recipe for orecchiette with Sausage and Swiss Chard.

Los Angeles

Meanwhile, over in LA, Nancy Silverton will be serving Rezdora's Anolini di Parma at Osteria Mozza.

How to Take Part

If you live in New York or Los Angeles you can book reservations or order meals for takeout or delivery by visiting each participating restaurant’s website.

The signature dishes will be available to order off the menu during each restaurant’s scheduled weeklong swap.

How to get your city involved

If you're not based in New York or Los Angeles, don't worry, you won't miss out on the action for long. S.Pellegrino plans to expand Destination Dining out to other U.S. cities in the future and we plan to bring you the recipes here at Fine Dining Lovers, so even if you can't take part, you can still taste.
