Identità Golose 2021
The Italian haute cuisine and chef congress returns for its 16th edition with three event-filled days planned around this year's theme: 'Building a New Future: Work.'
Identità Golose, the international haute cuisine congress, returns to the Mi.Co space in Milan from 25 - 27 September 2021, following a year of virtual events as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
The theme for this sixteenth edition will be 'Building a New Future: Work', and it will allow industry professionals the occasion to gather and discuss the big issues facing the industry.
The aim of the congress will be to give a voice to the entire sector: 'to rediscover restaurants as places where relationships can take place safely, but where talent, professionalism and local excellence must also continue to be cultivated and valued.'

Before delving into culinary issues, or focusing on dining room and kitchen trends, the congress conceived by Paolo Marchi and Claudio Ceroni will focus on one fundamental aspect: work. Chefs and restaurateurs will have to think about how to manage the activities and the desired return to normality, guided by a strong sense of responsibility.
The congress will address some of the big questions facing the world of gastronomy, including: How to deal with the economic crisis? When will we go back to normal? How to restore professional dignity to women? And, how to give new job opportunities to young people?
