The start of the year sees the unveiling of the annual Michelin Guide to France, but ahead of that, the famous Red Guide has released its Bib Gourmand recommendations for the country, awarded to restaurants who offer a great value for money dining experience – namely, a three course prix-fixe menu for 32 euros (36 in Paris) or less.
As Le Figaro reports, the list of 646 Bib Gourmand restaurants in France for 2017 includes 17 new Paris-based entries – these assorted relaxed bistros and brassieres, and the arrondisements in which they are found, are listed below.
This should serve as a handy guide if you’re looking for reasonably priced quality eats next time you’re in the City of Light.
Also, don’t forget to check back later in the month for the Michelin Guide to France 2017, and in the meantime, take a look at last year’s guide.
