Mauro Colagreco serves his unique, hyper-local cuisine at Mirazur with a menu that changes constantly according to certain natural themes, such as the cycle of the moon. The Mirazur menu is currently divided into four different variations of the 'Mirazur Universe' – Roots, Leaves, Flowers and Fruits. There is a biodynamic booking calendar on the site indicating which menu is to be served on which day.
