The Michelin Guide for Belgium and Luxembourg for 2019 has been announced with three new restaurants making the two-star listing: La Pai, La Table de Maxime and Ma Langue Sourit.
Seven new one-star restaurants also join the list while one just three-star restaurant remains at the top. Peter Goosen retains three stars for Hof van Cleve while Gert de Mangeleer's Hertog Jan restaurant leaves the list having shuttered in December.
The Michelin Guide also paid special tribute to the Wynants-Rigolet family from two Michelin starred "Comme chez soi" who have run the family restaurant in Brussels for four generations, since 1926, earning their first star in 1953.
