It shows an apple being frozen and 83 pound weight smashing on top of it and the results show just how crazy that is.
The apple is crushed into thousands of little pieces under the impact and withstands the weight much better than the first apple which hasn't been frozen. It would be good to see it under less weight.
Not quite as impressive as these roses being shattered in slow motion, but honestly, if you want to have fun with liquid nitrogen you should be using it to make ice cream.
