An exclusive interview with French famous chef Jean-François Piège, who runs the 2 Michelin-starred namesake restaurant in Paris. After training with some of France's best chefs (Bruno Cirino, Yves Camdeborde, Christian Constant, Alain Ducasse), in 2009 he launched his own project: a place with a unique personality in Paris, declined in different places (the Brasserie Thoumieux, the restaurant Jean-François Piège and the Hôtel Thoumieux).
In this exclusive interview with Fine Dining Lovers he shares his authentic idea about fine dining in France: why it's difficult to make it simple, and why it's so important to involve the guests during the restaurant experience: "It's not only about food", Piège explains: "It's more about food, it's pleasure".
