Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall | Mad Food Camp 2012, Video #1

Rene Redzepi and the team at Mad Food Camp have released the first video from their 2012 festival.

Featuring the British chef Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall the video looks at the growing problem of fish sustainability.Whittingstall has been a vocal supporter of the movement ever since his Fish Fight campaign which put pressure on European ministers fishing discards.

The video focuses on Ethical Food Futures and just what can be done to build a sustainable supply of fish.

This is the first video to be released from this year's MAD Food Camp. Also check out the second video of the series with Italian chef Massimo Bottura. We expect many more are on the way.
