The Hong Kong Michelin Guide for 2015 has been released today with three new restaurants receiving a two-star rating and 11 new restaurants receiving their first star.
Yan Toh Heen, The Principal and Duddell’s are the three new restaurants to receive their second star.
Bo Innovation, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Lung King Heen, 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo, Sushi Shikon, Robuchon au Dôme and The Eight all retain their three-star status in the 2015 guide.
Overall the Michelin Guide for Hong Kong 2015 features seven three-star restaurants, 16 two-star restaurants and a grand total of 52 one-star restaurants.
