In a nice look at a newly crowned Michelin restaurant, Marie over at Food Nouveau visited the Kadeau restaurant in in Copenhagen famed for serving local ingredients and being a part of the new wave of Nordic cuisine.
While there she sampled the full tasting menu and photographed some of the wonderful dishes.
She describes each one in a very detailed way and you really get an idea of what a great restaurant Kadeau in Copenhagen is.
