Ever since El Celler de Can Roca won the title of the world's best restaurant it's been nearly impossible to score a dinner reservation. But a few lucky diners in Brazil will get to experience the cuisine of The Roca Brothers thanks to their new pop-up restaurant in Sao Paulo.
The El Celler de Can Roca pop-up is part of a celebration of Spanish cuisine called SpainFusionSP being hosted at the Consulate General of Spain until October 19th. Guests will be treated to a tasting menu developed by Joan Roca, splendid desserts by Jordi Roca and wine pairings arranged by Josep Roca.
The Spanish consulate will also host a series of tastings where guests can sample a Spanish wines, cheeses, olive oils, ham and other specialty goods. For those not fortunate enough to make it to Sao Paul this week, here's a look at what you are missing out on:
