Called Breadplates they are made from aluminum and cast from actual slices of a a loaf - in fact a full set placed side by side will make up the shape of a while loaf.
They were designed exclusively by PlatDePa for theRoca Brother's El Celler De Can Roca restaurant in Girona.
They're used to serve a range of ingredients and have a strong link to the Catalan dish of Pa Amb Tomata in which fresh tomato is rubbed on bread and finished with olive oil.
