Last month we brought you the amazing video of the team at Diner En Blanc organizing the world's largest outdoor dinner in Paris.
Held in the shadow of the Eithel Tower the evening saw around 13,000 dressed in all white sit down for what had to be one of the most amazing social dinners ever organized.
It's no easy task trying to seat and feed people in the middle of a busy city but as you can see from the video the team do it with what seems to be effortless ease.
That's 4,000 tables laid and set in just 15 minutes - a logistical challenge for any large company, let alone a social movement started as an idea to give something good back and spread conviviatlity.
The same team are set to organize another dinner in a secret location somewhere in Los Angeles for around 1000 people. It's set to take place on August 21st and ahead of this the LA Times sat down with Sunny Kalara and Gilles Amsallem the hosts of the dinner to ask them just how they manage to pull off such an grand event.
