Named Biribildu Souvlaki, the casual restaurant was designed to look and feel like a real circus - complete with carousel horse, a tiger cage, bright colors, themed lighting and sand-colored floors. It's a great place to grab souvlaki, a popular Greek fast food similar to kebabs, and enjoy a wild ride (at least for the senses).
The circus-themed restaurant was expertly designed by architect Minas Kosmidis, who is known for injecting a bit of the unexpected into this unique designs. He created a perfect balance between bright circus colors and intricate Greek mosaics that grace the restaurant's ceiling.
