The Guy Savoy restaurant, operated by chef Guy Savoy, has been picked as the world’s most remarkable restaurant on La Liste - an annual list that compiles data from across the world’s many review sites and guides to produce an overall ranking.
Guy Savoy is one of Paris’s most famous restaurants and has retained three Michelin stars since 2002, despite a huge change in 2015 when, after 28 years, Savoy decided to relocate the restaurants from its home close to the Arc de Triomphe to a new space at the top of the Monnaie de Paris.
Savoy serves an 18-course "Innovations and Inspirations" tasting menu at the restaurant, but also reserves one table everyday for “guests wishing to discover – or rediscover – the delights of a French gourmet restaurant.”
