15 Dishes from Italy's Newest Two Michelin Star Restaurants

The Michelin Guide to Italy 2017 has been unveiled and while there were no new three star eateries to shout about, there were five new two star restaurants and 27 new one star restaurants.

Italy now has 343 stars in total, and is still second only to France in terms of number of stars.

Below you'll find three exquisite dishes fom each of the new two star restaurants, which go a long way to demonstrating why these restaurants are so highly acclaimed. The five new two star restaurants are:

Seta - Milano

Locanda Margon - Ravina

Terra - Val Sarrento

Enrico Bardolini al Mudec - Milano
