Eleven Madison Park announced a new menu

Eleven Madison Park have announced their summer menu and Chef Daniel Humm takes inspiration from the bunty of the season. Dishes include Tomatoes served table-side with summer herbs and seaweed, snails with spring garlic and lettuce and caviar and okra with corn flatbread.
