Ten for Mexico, ten for Argentina and nine for Peru: Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2015, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, were announced last night in Mexico City with Central restaurant in Lima, Peru, picked as the best restaurant in Latin America.
Amongst the shouts, celebrations and sparkles, the atmosphere was immense with a strong comradeship shown by chefs from all over Latin America. After the announcement of the final restaurant the party continued with tacos, big beats and celebratory embraces across the crowds.
