Red Cabbage Coleslaw
A side idea with a twist: try to make this easy red cabbage coleslaw recipe at home, a red cabbage salad dressed with mayonnaise and yogurt sauce.

Mayonnaise
5 tbsp
Yogurt
5 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Salt
3/4 tsp
Pepper
1/2 tsp
Red cabbage
1 small, shredded
Onion
1, red, very thinly sliced
Carrots
2, grated
Coriander
1 small handful (leaves)
Macadamia nuts
2 - 3 tbsp, macadamia, roughly chopped
Preparation
To prepare the red cabbage coleslaw recipe, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well mixed.
Add the vegetables, coriander and nuts and toss until well mixed.
Leave the red cabbage coleslaw to stand at room temperature, tossing occasionally, for 30 minutes before serving.
