Chorizo Waffles

ingredients
Eggs

All purpose flour
165 g, gluten free
Milk
250 ml
Chorizo
225 g, finely chopped
Olive oil
60 ml
Cornmeal
2 tbsp
Baking powder
1tsp gluten
Salt
1/4 tsp
Cheddar
50 g, grated
Preparation
Heat the waffle iron.
Put all the ingredients except the cheese in a mixing bowl and mix well until blended.
Stir in the cheese.
Cook the batter in batches in the waffle iron for about 4 minutes until golden and crisp.
