The full list of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants will be announced on 26th March 2019 at the Wynn Palace Cotai in Macao and live-streamed on Fine Dining Lovers from 8.45pm Hong Kong time.

It will be the second time the prestigious S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna-sponsored event, which names the best restaurants and chefs across Asia, has taken place in its glitzy new home since its departure from both Singapore and Bangkok.

Warm up Events
The assembled line-up of the best chefs in Asia will be treated to a number of warm-up events, including one day discussion forum, #50BestTalks, the day before the ceremony when they'll share ideas on "vital ingredients" sustainability and other industry issues. In the evening they will be treated to a celebratory chef's feast which is bound to be phenomenal given the honorary guests.
Special Awards
While waiting for the list to be revealed some special awards have already been announced.
Japanese chef Seiji Yamamoto has been named as the inaugural winner of the American Express Icon Award for his outstanding contribution to the restaurant industry worthy of international recognition.
Garima Arora from Gaa restaurant in Bangkok has been announced as elit Vodka Asia's Best Female Chef 2019.
Modern Singaporean restaurant JL Studio in Taiwan run by chef owner Jimmy Lim has been picked as Miele One to Watch.
The recipients will collect their awards in person during the seventh annual Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants ceremony.
