Soups are a great way of understanding the cuisine of a different country. Almost every place in the world has their own version of soup, whether you’re in Asia or Latin America, you will come across a local take on soup.
On top of this variety, soups are a great foundation for understanding the base flavors of a country’s cuisine as most places will use their classic techniques and local ingredient pairings in their soups. This is why chefs are often very interested in different soups.
With this in mind we decided to highlight a base of 50 different soups with a simple infographic from Title Max. It lists different soups from all over the world with the basic ingredients found in each one.
