10 TRADITIONAL EGYPTIAN DISHES
Many Egyptian dishes are common to all of North Africa such as hummus, taboulé, babaganoush or tahini. But others, less known, are also well worth tasting.
1 - DOLMA
One of the best-known Egyptian dishes is dolma, stuffed vine leaves, which are similar to those found in Greece.

The moudammas is a national dish often enjoyed for breakfast. Boiled dried beans are served hot with oil and lemon.

Also very common in Egypt, Mouloukhiyya is a thick soup of herbs and garlic, served with rice.
