Asia's 50 Best Restaurants sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna will move to Macau for the next two years it's been announced, with the 2018 ceremony due to take place on 27 March at the Wynn Palace Cotai.
Macau welcomes the event for its sixth and seventh editions, with both Singapore and Bangkok having previously hosted. Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2017 was won by Bangkok's Gaggan restaurant for an amazing thrird year in a row. Read the full list here.
Macau had two restaurants on that list, Jade Dragon (32) and The Tasting Room (39), and all eyes will be on the tiny region to see who will walk away with the title of Asia's Best Restaurant this time.
The day before the ceremony, 26 March, there will also be a #50BestTalks event bringing together top chefs from the region to discuss the pressing culinary issues of the day.
