45-day aged rib eye steaks (pictured above), homemade breads made using starter that was 30-years old, salmon coulibiac and beautiful oysters covered with jamon iberico.
This was the height of the Steakhouse as chef Dave Beran led guests on an amazing journey through dishes that look absolutely devine.
