We know, we know. When you think of Tuscany you probably picture yourself drinking a lovely glass of wine while basking in the sun. That all sounds marvelous but for those times when you'd like sip on something with a bit of an edge, why not turn to a Tuscan martini?
For this Tuscan twist on James Bond's favorite cocktail, you'll need to infuse vermouth with grappa and lemon. But what's really going to add that extra oomph to your Tuscan martini are lemon-garlic-rosemary infused olives (which you'll have to marinade at least 20 hours).
The end result is a sophisticated cocktail that would be a great addition to your next Italian-themed soiree. Just be sure to have some Tuscan appetizers on hand like chicken liver crostini or panzanella.
